Childcare solutions is run by childcare professionals who have managed nurseries so we understand the pressures faced by Nursery Managers in maintaining staff ratio's when unexpected staff absences occur.

Childcare Solutions is able to provide fully checked experienced nursery nurses and nursery assistants for permanent and temporary positions. All of our nursery staff have to meet strict criteria to register with us. This criteria includes having experience or a childcare qualification, a CRB, a minimum of at least two childcare references, completing a qualifying questionnaire and providing us with a complete career history.

Registration is easy and can be done over the phone or on-line. We understand that each nursery is run differently so where possible we like to arrange a short visit so that we can ascertain how your nursery operates. We always listen carefully to your requirements and only send you details of nursery nurses who match your criteria.

Arranging an interview with one of our nursery nurses couldn't be easier. We will arrange a suitable time for both of you to meet one another and always call you for feedback on how the interview went.

With our large data base of qualified nursery nurses and unqualified nursery assistants we can supply temporary nursery staff at very short notice for just one day or a block of weeks. Our office is open 7am to 7pm and our phones are diverted when the office is closed so you are always able to get in touch with us.
